Heyboer, who sings in some of Europe’s most prestigious opera houses, will perform songs from a variety of roles and composers, including Handel’s Samson oratorio, Gounod’s Faust, Verdi’s Don Carlos, Bizet’s Carmen, Wagner’s Tannhauser, Puccini’s Tosca, and more.

Along with accompanying Heyboer, New Zealand organist/pianist Hainsworth will play some organ favourites, including Bach’s Jig Fugue, and Widor’s Toccata.

Originally from Wellington and Hamilton, but living in France for over 30 years, Hainsworth is known for his polished and entertaining performances. — APL
