Bredin, New Zealand's top-ranked umpire and Dunedin Netball chairman, was awarded the Margaret Bruss Award for outstanding leadership and the SE Foster Platter for best senior umpire.
It capped another good year for Bredin, who umpired his third straight ANZ Championship final in June, before whistling at his second World Cup in Sydney in August.
Andrew, Dunedin Netball's competition manager since last year - she previously worked in umpire development - won the Kathy Stewart Trophy for most valuable contribution to the centre and the Julia Hyde Memorial Trophy for most dedicated umpire.
Defender Abby Erwood, who helped Dunedin finish sixth at the recent national championships in Wellington, was named the team's MVP for her effort.
Captain Hapai Selby-Law and vice-captain Sophie Napper received awards for best team contribution.
Toni Wall won the Dunedin Netball Centre Cup for contribution to coaching.
