Wakatipu male in breach of bail conditions

Wednesday, April 3
• Police were trying to locate an 18-year-old Wakatipu man who was not at his address when visited at 12.10am. This was in breach of his bail condition.

• A 17-year-old Wakatipu man was arrested for failing to present himself to police when visited at 12.23am, a breach of his bail conditions. He appeared in court that day.

• A 26-year-old Wakatipu man was arrested for breaching his bail conditions by drinking alcohol at 1.12am. He appeared in court that day.

• A 29-year-old Chinese male crashed his rental car on the Glenorchy-Paradise Rd at 4.15pm. Queenstown police attended the scene and found the car rolled. There were no reported injuries and the visitor was issued with an offence notice.

Thursday, April 4
• At 3.20am, police found two men lying on Beach St, both with cuts to their faces. They were taken to hospital and questioned by police, but refused to make a statement.

• A 21-year-old New Zealand woman was processed for drink-driving on Wynyard Cres at 5am and recorded a breath-alcohol level of 576mcg. She will appear in the Queenstown District Court on Monday.
