Warm weather helped attract a good crowd to the annual Roxburgh harness racing meeting yesterday.

Casual spectators and serious punters alike enjoyed the holiday atmosphere.

Children were also kept entertained with various competitions and special racing packs.

Food and entertainment also proved a winner, with Teviot Valley stone and pipfruit produce for sale, and Fergie Mitchell and The Band performing.

Racing finished about 8pm.
