The nurses have been suspended for three weeks, a hospital spokesperson said.
A different nurse overhead one of the suspended nurses make a comment about the incident, Fox 31 Denver reports.
According to The Huffington Post, the nurses admired the man's genitals both while he was still alive, but incapacitated, and after he'd died.
The nurses are all back at work after their suspension period, although one of them no longer works at the hospital.
