Tree felling and road work along Portobello Rd will disrupt Otago Peninsula and Portobello public bus services today.
Otago Regional Council spokesman Peter Taylor said a section of the road would be closed between 9am and about 6pm today because of the works, so the timetable for the services to the peninsula had to be revised for the day.
Some scheduled bus services would not be running and others would be using alternative routes.
He urged residents to check the council's website, www.orc.govt.nz, for the revised schedule.
