A man has been charged with murdering his stepfather in Sydney's south.
Police say the 68-year-old's wife discovered her husband's body on Tuesday evening in their Mascot home.
His stepson was arrested at the scene and later taken to hospital for treatment to injuries.
The 28-year-old has now been charged with murder and will face Central Local Court on Thursday.
