It was Stephen Fenemore's day.
He scored all University A's points when it defeated Harbour 19-10 at Watson Park.
Harbour first five-eighth Ollie Cuthill started the game with a rush when he broke from a ruck 40m out in the first minute. Fullback Craig Sneddon was up in support and scored the try.
The students took the lead midway through the spell when Fenemore scored a brilliant try after the students gained turnover ball in their own half.
He gave the students a 16-10 lead at the break with two long-range penalty goals later in the spell. Harbour had the opportunity to score points but Sneddon missed five goals.
The students always had command in the second spell as lock Luke Balvert controlled the lineout and loose forwards Paul Grant and Dale Jarden dominated the rucks and mauls.
Halfback Nick Annear had a sound game and gave the pacy backline plenty of scoring opportunities.
The best Harbour players were lock Sam Ready and loose forward Angus Duckett.
