He has won the Thorndon Handicap at Trentham and Coupland's Handicap, both over 1600m, the distance of the Otaki race.
Wall Street has five won of his six starts this season and he was badly checked and finished ninth in his other start.
He carried 55kg in the Thorndon.
Vosne Romanee and Sir Slick are proven wfa performers in the field tomorrow.
Vosne Romanee, a stablemate of Wall Street with Jeff Lynds, has won the Kelt Stakes (2040m) at Hastings and Zabeel Classic (2000m) at Ellerslie under wfa conditions this season.
The Electronic Zone 7yr-old has won four times over 1600m. Buddy Lammas rode him at Hastings and Matthew Cameron had the mount at Ellerslie.
Lammas has chosen to ride Wall Street tomorrow and Opie Bosson is aboard Vosne Romanee.
Sir Slick won the Otaki Stakes in 2007 with Bruce Herd up and he finished second to Alamosa in 2008.
Michael Walker, who rode Alamosa, has the mount on Sir Slick tomorrow.
Daffodil is backing up after a fresh-up win over 1100m at New Plymouth last Saturday.
She was resuming from a three and a-half month break from racing.
She ran fourth in the Kelt Stakes in October.
Hold It Harvey, brilliant winner of the White Robe Lodge Handicap (1600m) at Wingatui at his last start, will be ridden by Troy Harris with Jamie Bullard under suspension.
The Central Otago Racing Club expects to have 20 marquees in a promotion at the meeting at Omakau next Friday.
The day is being promoted as a "cockies and contractors day", Gavan Herlihy, a spokesman for the club, said.
"We are very pleased with the response and hope to have 20 marquees with a lot of new people to racing," he said.
"A race on ride-on mowers between the president of the club [Alistair Eckhoff] and a jockey is among the novelty sidelights."
Paul Court has opted out of two driving engagements at Wyndham today as his wife is close to giving birth.
"Chantelle [his wife] is getting overdue to give birth so I felt I had better stay close to home," Court said.
He has been replaced by Jim Curtin on Shing Bromac and Nathan Williamson on Motu Star Of Pacific.
The Halswell-based Court and his father, Graham, who train in partnership, have Terror To Love, a top chance in the New Zealand Kindergarten Stakes after a win in the NZ Sapling Stakes at Ashburton.
Curtin has retained the drive on Terror To Love.
