She has to get through her 99th first.
It is a big weekend.
The Sparks are playing the Auckland Hearts in back-to-back games in Dunedin and a place in the Hallyburton Johnstone Shield final is at stake.
The 28-year-old right-hander would rather the focus was on that.
"I was hoping no-one would make any fuss about it," she said when asked about her pending milestone.
"I’m just kind of approaching it like any other game. But it will be nice to play at home so my family and friends can come along.
"But we’ve got games to win so we can make the final and that is more important."
Blakely hails from a sporty Ranfurly family. Her brother Sam played five list-A games for Otago between 2013 and 2015.
Her grandfather Allan played three Hawke Cup games for Otago Country in the 1960s.
And her father Geoff played nine first-class games and two one-dayers for Otago in the 1980s. He also mowed a cricket pitch and built nets for his children in the back paddock one Christmas.
Blakely has been playing ever since.
She made her debut for Otago in 2012 when she was still at St Hilda’s Collegiate.
"Was it in Cambridge?".
Nope, Lincoln.
"Oh, I don’t remember that one.
"I think in my first few years I struggled quite a lot. But in the last four years I’ve really enjoyed it more so.
"That has kept me going and we have a lot of fun.
"You get to travel around New Zealand for the summer. It is a pretty good gig, I think."
Blakely is an insights researcher for Sport New Zealand in her regular job and gathers data to help inform policy decisions.
There have been plenty of highlights in her career. She has won three titles with the Sparks — two one-day titles (2013-14, 2021-22) and a T20 crown in 2016-17.
The 2013-14 win was special. It was the Sparks’ first title in 51 years and Blakely was out in the middle when the winnings runs were registered.
"I think we ran a bye, which was sneaky."
Suzie Bates scored 99 and claimed a hat-trick. But that bye clinched the win with just one ball to spare.
The Sparks were firm underdogs, too.
"I think we got into the final because some other results went our way and then Suzie, well, I thought she was going to finish the game for us but I had to come out and bat."
Blakely made an undefeated 23 from 26 balls. It was a clutch effort at the death.
She played a critical hand again a couple of week ago.
The Sparks posted back-to-back wins against Northern Districts to keep their title prospects alive.
Blakely was in dynamic form in the second of the two games. She blasted 62 from 63 balls to help set up a seven-wicket win.
