The Otago Nuggets guard has signed with the Brisbane Bullets for the Australian National Basketball League.
Moss has signed a one-year deal and will fill one of three import spots on the Bullets roster.
The 24-year-old American joined the Nuggets this season after completing his college career at the University of Kansas.
He has since impressed with his ability to both shoot and create for himself, putting up several big-scoring nights.
Brisbane Bullets coach James Duncan said in a statement he was happy to have Moss on his team.
"We’re thrilled to have Isaiah on board. He brings a dynamic weapon . . . to our playing group.
"He also fits into the character and quality people we have and want within our programme.
‘‘Bullets fans can be excited to watch what Isaiah brings to the floor."
Moss joins New Zealand centres Jack Salt and Tyrell Harrison on the Bullets roster.
He is the second Nugget to sign with an ANBL team, after Sam Timmins inked a development contract with the New Zealand Breakers.
