A person has been critically injured in a drowning incident at the Winton pool, police say.
A police spokeswoman said officers were responded to reports of a drowning in MacKenzie St, Winton about 4.15pm.
The person was being taken to hospital by ambulance with critical injuries.
It is understood that members of the public assisted to save the person.
