A 39-year-old woman was stabbed in South Invercargill on Saturday night.
Police were called to a residential address in the suburb of Kingswell at 10:45pm, with the woman taken to Southland Hospital with stab wounds.
Senior Sergeant Dave Raynes said the woman was discharged yesterday.
Inquiries were continuing.
