Auckland band dDub will get the Deep South jumping again with a mini-tour which concludes at the Queenstown Winter Festival.

Singer-guitarist Derek Browne and his six fellow musicians on guitars, drums, bass and brass announced their slate of performances for late June and early July.

The band will perform in the Players Entertainment Venue, Invercargill, on June 29, with support from People of Land, Soulstar and Rythmonyx.

Presales $15, or $20 on the door.

They entertain in Mint Bar, Wanaka, with Tui Soundsystem in support on June 30. Presales $20, or $25 on the door. Tickets are available at the venues, or via Eventfinder online.

They complete the hat-trick by playing during the winter festival's popular Mardi Gras on July 1.

The Auckland roots rock and reggae collective, which counts the Specials, Bob Marley, Herbie Hancock, Lee Scratch Perry, Charlie Parker, Bob Dylan and the Rolling Stones among their influences, are no strangers to Queenstown, after performing for Peak Festival in 2009 and New Year's Eve shows, winter festivals, Coronet Peak concerts and their own gigs ever since.
