The 150 residents of Millers Flat are joined each summer by hundreds of visitors looking for an old-fashioned Kiwi holiday.

They enjoy fishing, swimming, cycling and the fruits of new business ventures in the village and established orchards in the district. PamJones met some of those enjoying the holiday season and explored further afield as well.
