A person has been taken to Dunstan Hospital with serious injuries after a digger overturned in Cromwell this afternoon.
Emergency services were called to the site, in Stout Terrace, about 2pm.
A police spokesman said a digger had tipped over but had no further information.
WorkSafe has been notified.
