Several explosions have engulfed a propane plant in Florida, injuring several workers and forcing evacuations.
The explosions at the Blue Rhino plant in Lake County, near Orlando, happened about 11pm (local time).
About twenty-four people were working the night-shift, and all had been accounted for, Blue Rhino management told authorities.
CNN reported several workers had been injured, and the area within 800m of the plant had been evacuated.
The nearest homes were about 1.2km away from the plant, CNN reported.
Don Ingram, a former plant production supervisor, told WESH TV his son felt one of the explosions almost 10km from the plant.
The Blue Rhino plant refills propane tanks used in gas grills.There were 53,000 cylinders of the gas at the plant when the fire started.
