Jiayi Li, also known as "Kiko", was last seen at 2am on Wednesday last week on New North Rd in Kingsland, when she dropped off a friend in her red 1998 Toyota Altezza saloon, registration number EDB121.
Miss Li and her vehicle have not been seen by her friends since. It was understood she lived alone in Morningside Drive, Sandringham.
She was described as approximately 160cm tall, of slim to medium build with medium length, dark brown hair.
She has a skull and crossbones tattoo in blue ink on the back of her left forearm.
Miss Li was last seen wearing black tights, a dark jacket with a dark skirt or dress under it, a dark blouse or shirt patterned with white circles or shapes.
