A man who allegedly took photographs of a prostitute performing lewd acts with her 15-year-old daughter appeared in court today.
The man, whose name is suppressed, faces a charge of being party to an indecency following the photo shoot in Christchurch last year.
He appeared in Manukau District Court this morning and was bailed to reappear on May 27.
Photographs were taken of the woman, 40, and her daughter individually and of them together, including with the naked mother holding the girl's breasts.
The woman pleaded guilty in Christchurch District Court in February to doing an indecent act with a dependent family member and was jailed for 20 months.
The daughter is now in foster care.
Two other children are in the care of their father.
