Actress Lucy Lawless and six other Greenpeace activists who face burglary charges after occupying an oil exploration ship at Port Taranaki have had their day in court shifted again.
The group were arrested and charged with burglary after climbing the 53-metre high drilling tower on the Shell-contracted Noble Discoverer berthed in the port in February.
The group, some of who stayed up the derrick for 77 hours, were trying to stop the ship from exploring oil wells in the Chukchi Sea off the coast of Alaska.
They were due to appear in New Plymouth District Court on Thursday but the appearance has been postponed until April 18.
It is the third time their court date has been changed.
