Whare Rūnaka taking shape

The new $54.5 million Otago Regional Council headquarters is starting to take shape at the former central Dunedin Warehouse site, in Maclaggan St. Work is being done to prepare the exterior of the building for the placement of modern cladding. The building will be known as Whare Rūnaka (council house).
