A Dunedin man arrested in the Esplanade in St Clair has been charged with seven offences after failing to stop, police say.
Sergeant Matt Lee, of Dunedin, said a 30-year-old man failed to stop for police in Andersons Bay Rd about 9.40pm on Tuesday.
A short time later, the man was located in the Esplanade and the driver was arrested.
He has been charged with seven offences, including resisting arrest, failing to stop, driving while disqualified, dangerous driving and failing to supply a blood sample, Sgt Lee said.
