Police have a simple message to the burglars who targeted a Mosgiel work site on Saturday.
''Those people associated with the vehicle need to come forward and make themselves known,'' Constable Greg Park, of Mosgiel, said.
The suspicious vehicle was spotted in a Dukes Rd driveway, near PGG-Wrightson's Mosgiel wool store, just before midnight.
The unlocked vehicle was found to contain stolen electrical fittings from the yet-to-be-completed wool store.
A police dog was unable to track the alleged offenders but police are following positive lines of inquiry.
