Long-haired Lunacorn a winner

Vicki Walls, of Rangiora, holds the supreme winner of the long-haired section of yesterday’s Southern Cross All Breeds Cat Show in Mosgiel — Lunacorn (Vladimir Leprechauns Craic).

The Maine Coon was one of 60 cats at the show, which was held at the Taieri Bowling Club.

Show manager Robyn Broughton said 800 people came through the door.

Other breeds at the annual show included Persian, ragdoll, Devon rex, Burmese and Mandalay, she said.
