Mr Beadle, who owns Dunedin firm See Through Windows, and has been cleaning windows for the past 22 years, says all of the building’s 300 external windows are cleaned about every four months. If required, he could clean those windows in a day, but the job was usually done over two days, and the latest clean was completed yesterday.
He helped clean about two large buildings a week, and the rest of the work was mainly done at ground level. "It’s always rewarding to finish a job and seeing gleaming windows and happy people inside," he said.
