Police stop car with no number plates

    Police stop a car without number plates while the driver looks on yesterday morning.

    A police spokeswoman said officers stopped the vehicle about 9am in Pigeon Flat Rd, north of Dunedin, and the driver was wanted "for issue of demerit points".
