Noosh Eatery’s keto scone

Ask a Chef reveals the secrets of those superb dishes you ate in cafes and restaurants and wanted to try yourself.

Makes 4

1 cup almond flour

½ cup grated mozzarella

½ cup grated cheese

½ tsp baking powder

a shake of onion salt

a pinch of mixed herbs

2 eggs

Method

Heat oven to 200degC.

In a large bowl, combine almond flour, mozzarella, grated cheese, baking powder, onion salt and mixed herbs.

In a small bowl, mix the eggs with a fork.

Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour in the eggs mixture.

Divide into four equal portions and place on a baking paper lined tray.

Bake for 15 minutes.
