Ask a Chef reveals the secrets of those superb dishes you ate in cafes and restaurants and wanted to try yourself.

Ingredients
1½ cups muesli
1 cup sultanas
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped dates
½ cup chopped dried apricots
½ cup pumpkin seeds
½ cup walnuts
¾ cup coconut
½ cup chocolate chips
1 packet of crushed malt or plain biscuits
250g melted butter
1 can condensed milk

Method
Mix all the dry ingredients together.

Combine condensed milk and butter and mix well, add to dry ingredients.

Spread evenly into slice tin and refrigerate until firm.

Top with your favourite cream cheese icing and chopped dried fruit and pumpkin seeds.
