The artistry behind Tyler Kennedy Stent's controversial Ed Sheeran mural has been captured in a video where he talks about what street art brings to Dunedin.
Yesterday, a steady stream of passers-by stopped to take photos of the freshly completed mural of Ed Sheeran in Bath St, Dunedin.
The singer is due to play three concerts in the city at Easter.
The mural by Dunedin artist Stent has prompted intense debate since it was announced last week and struck a nerve with television host Hayley Holt, who said on air the singer was ‘‘boring’’ and the mural would stop her from visiting Dunedin.
