Toe-tapping fun

Ukulele trio The Nukes will be joined by dozens of young ukulele players in the finale of the Dunedin Arts Festival Schools Programme — a free family concert this Saturday, October 22, from 11am at the Dunedin Botanic Garden soundshell, in the lower garden.

The Nukes have been in town this week, visiting schools with their workshop and show programme, teaching ukulele skills and preparing children to take part in a public performance.

Their visit will culminate in a festival performance with The Harmonic Resonators on Sunday, October 23, from 7pm at the Mayfair Theatre.
