Nine people have been treated for injuries after a multi-vehicle crash near Luggate.
The crash happened on the Luggate-Cromwell Rd (State Highway 6) late this morning.
A spokeswoman for Hato Hone St John said the ambulance service arrived at the scene just before midday.
The collision involved three vehicles, and nine people were treated on site for minor injuries.
Police and Fire and Emergency NZ also attended.
A spokeswoman for police was unable to provide further details.
