Zingari-Richmond piled on six tries in the second half to run out 51-30 winners against Pirates at Montecillo.
The home side led 17-15 at the break, but the match opened up in the second spell. Pirates dropped off a lot of tackles, but did manage to pick up a bonus point when winger Will Young scored the team's fourth try.
University A got itself back into the top four with a 29-28 win against Taieri, while Southern beat Dunedin 25-17 in the other big match of the round.
Harbour was too strong for Alhambra Union, winning 50-22, and Kaikorai dispatched Green Island 44-12.
