Rugby: Seiuli called into Highlanders

Otago prop Aki Seiuli has been called into the Highlanders' wider training squad, Otago Rugby posted on their Facebook page.

Seiuli will be with the Highlanders for the remainder of the Super Rugby season, with Craig Millar replacing the injured Brendon Edmonds in the main squad and Seiuli taking Millar's spot in the wider group.

The 23-year-old attended Timaru Boys' High School before moving south, where he made his Otago debut in 2012 and plays for Taieri.

A dynamic player who runs the ball hard, Seiuli was named Otago player of the year in 2014.
