Rugby: Pirates beat Alhambra Union 56-27

A rampant Pirates scored 10 tries in beating Alhambra-Union in the play-off for third and fourth in the Dunedin premier rugby competition.Pirates midfield backs Isaac Beach and Marshall Suckling kept pressure on the Alhambra-Union defence with their fast running.

Luke Reihana at second five-eighth was the best Alhambra-Union player.

He scored three tries and 22 points to reach 100 points for the season.
