Crusaders hooker Corey Flynn has been given the all-clear to take his place on the reserve bench for Saturday's Super 14 rugby match against the Blues in Christchurch.
Former All Blacks rake Flynn had been bracketed with Quentin MacDonald on the bench but he was cleared by Crusaders medical staff following training to make his first appearance of the competition. He injured his ankle against the Blues in a pre-season game at Motueka last month.
