Rugby: Cruden to start for Hurricanes

The inclusion of Super 14 rugby rookie Aaron Cruden is one three changes to the Hurricanes for their match against the Brumbies at Canberra on Friday night.

The young first five-eighth has been named to start the game ahead of the more conservative Willie Ripia.

Coach Colin Cooper has made three changes to his starting 15 from their last match, a 26-26 draw against the Crusaders on April 2.

Utility back Tamati Ellison has recovered from injury to be named on the wing while flanker Nick Crosswell gets his first start, in place of Karl Lowe.
