The pair will be in the care of stable foreman Ryan Hayter.
"We will be staying at Brian Hancock's stable," Kilkelly said.
Guns N Roses has won nine races from 26 starts. His most recent win was at Invercargill in April.
Ask McArdle has won four races.
Churchill Bromac, a winner for the stable at Forbury Park on Thursday night, is under offer to overseas interests.
The Invercargill syndicate who claimed Onward Christian for $4500 on Thursday night accepted a $5500 offer for the gelding almost immediately.
The buyer was Garth Ritchie, of Queensland, who had claimed Mighty Memories from the same race for $4000. He is now the owner in partnership with Winton trainer Robert Gorman, who will spend time working in Queensland during the winter.
Ritchie had lodged a claim for Onward Christian, but missed in a draw among three parties.
Onward Christian and Mighty Memories are headed for the Parklands stable of Graham Gavin, who trains Rennie Sivad and other horses for Ritchie and his wife, Susana.
Onward Christian won two races when trained by Gavin Smith.
The 8yr-old Mighty Memories has won six races since he joined the stable of Murray Swain in September after a change of ownership.
Waltzing With Cullen has been consigned to Melbourne by Branxholme trainer Kirk Larsen as a prelude to the Breeders' Crown series in August.
"He will have a couple of weeks off and will resume work with his owner Jean Feiss," Larsen said.
"I plan to go across in the middle of July and he is my winter project for the Breeders Crown."
Waltzing With Cullen has raced seven times for wins at Invercargill (twice) and Winton and two minor placings.
• Tony Herlihy has switched drives to Flying Diamonds with the scratching of Four Starzzz Flash from the Harness Jewels at Ashburton today.
• Riccarton trainer Shane Marr will have his first runner in Australia when Faaltless lines up in race 8 at Rosehill today, AAP reports.
Connections of the 6yr-old are keen to compete in Saturday-class races in Queensland during the winter period.
Faaltless will contest the Tooheys New Crew Handicap (1350m).
"He'll definitely get a wet track, which won't worry him, and any more rain on the day wouldn't hurt either," Marr said of the three-time heavy track winner in New Zealand.
Faaltless won first-up over 1200m on May 7 at Riccarton and arrived in Sydney on Wednesday morning.
Marr worked for Barry Lockwood at Rosehill for six months in the early 1990s and also accompanied 3yr-old Avedon to Sydney in 1995 for a four-race campaign when stable foreman for Patrick Campbell.
Faaltless will be ridden by regular jockey Robert Hannam, who has partnered the gelding in his past 11 starts for six wins.
