Black Caps batter Daryl Mitchell watches his flick out into the legside during the T20 international against Pakistan at Eden Park in Auckland last night. Mitchell top-scored with 61 from just 27 balls as the New Zealanders made 226 for eight, a record against Pakistan. The visitors chased valiantly but the tide turned decisively for the Black Caps once paceman Adam Milne, who had been expensive, snared two wickets in the 15th over. Tim Southee also took four wickets, becoming the first cricketer from any nation to take 150 wickets in T20 internationals. Pakistan were eventually all out for 180, giving the Black Caps a win by 46 runs.
