Stolen vehicle retrieved

A member of the police national dive squad is lowered to a vehicle submerged in the Buller River as part of a retrieval operation.

A crane was used to bring the Land Rover, earlier reported stolen from Charleston, back to terra firma after it was discovered by a drone operator last week near Fern Arch in the Lower Buller Gorge.

No-one was inside.
