Two people have been injured after a two vehicle collision in Invercargill this evening.
A police spokeswoman said the incident happened about 7.30pm in Pomona St, Strathern.
Two people were taken to Southland Hospital, one with serious injuries and one with minor injuries, she said.
The police spokeswoman said the road was blocked for a time.
Police were continuing their inquiries, she said.
