A damaged Toyota Carib sits in a flower bed in Herbert St, Invercargill, near the Queens Dr roundabout, after a two-car collision last night.
A street light was brought down in the collision. Sergeant Regan Price, of Invercargill, said a car travelling west in Herbert St and one travelling north in Queens Dr collided about 8.40pm. No-one was injured, Sgt Price said.
The Toyota sustained significant damage and the other vehicle involved, a Ford Fairmont, had damage to its front right side.
Inquiries into the crash were under way, Sgt Price said.
