Police are investigating a suspicious fire in Gore.
The fire service was called to a Charlton Rd property at 6.30am today after a hedge and garage caught fire.
The fire quickly spread to the vacant house on the property.
Anyone with information which could assist the investigation was asked to contact Constable Kieran Miskimmin, of Invercargill.
