Kate was nominated for being an incredible mother, farmer, friend and volunteer in her local community, from volunteering at school sports, school camps, giving friends a hand when needed and being involved in committee fundraising for local groups.
Her nominee said she was a "quiet achiever" who is never too busy to help out her friends and those in the wider community.
