An empty kayak is missing on the Clutha River, say police.
Senior Sergeant James Ure, of Dunedin, said police had been told a kayak has been missing on the river in the Millers Flat area, south of Alexandra.
Police were notified, in case a member of the public saw the empty kayak and "triggered the alarm".
