The Easter exhibition has been brought forward a day to avoid a clash with the Anzac Day service at the Lake Wanaka Centre on Monday.
The exhibition, which is also taking place at the Lake Wanaka Centre, features 131 exhibitors and is open from 10am to 6pm daily from today. The exhibition will close at 3pm on Sunday.
Wanaka Art Society president Sue Deason Robertson said she was thrilled with the calibre of entries.
The new committee, which was appointed in February,had worked hard to put the exhibition together, she said.
The new office-bearers are Mrs Robertson (president),Lenore Strang (treasurer), Heather Kerr and Lesley Rawlings (co-secretaries).
