The iwi-owned company has applied for resource consent for the next stage of its project on the former Wakatipu High School site, which includes subdividing the land into 10 lots.
A master plan included in the application also reveals more details about the proposed development, which will feature a total of 393 units.
They will be split into 322 apartments, 40 visitor accommodation apartments, 24 terrace units and seven standalone houses.
They will range from two to three-storey buildings to five to six storeys.
Demolition of the old high school buildings is under way.
Three new roads are also proposed as part of the development.
Road A will create a new east-west link between Gorge Rd and Fryer St, including a shared space in the centre.
Road B will connect the northern end of Fryer St with the western end of Sawmill Rd, and Road C will be a new north-south link road between Road A and Sawmill Rd.
Ninety-nine on-street parking bays are provided for on the new roads.
In March, the Otago Daily Times reported the first homes were expected to be completed in 2022.

Good to see developers realizing the potential of the area and investing in much needed housing within walking distance to the CBD. Rebuilding the derelict buildings is a very welcome sight for the people who live and work in the area! Hopefully it progresses fast.
