Visitors to 2010 ASB Queenstown JazzFest this month will be able to rent spare rooms in Queenstown homes for the duration of their stay.
Room4rent.co.nz is the creation of Sam Janett, who is studying Masters of Entrepreneurship at Otago University.
Through the room4rent website, Homeowners will be able to place free listings to rent out their spare rooms, or house, to tourists visiting the area.
"Visitors to Queenstown will be able to experience the actual culture and lifestyle of the area by staying with a local homeowner," Mr Janett said.
