A subdivision on Littles Rd, off the Queenstown-Arrowtown Rd, has been approved by the Queenstown Lakes District Council.
Littles Ridge Ltd has been granted resource and land-use consent to subdivide its property into four lots and to build houses on three of the lots.
Each of the houses will have a concrete roof covered in soil and planted in a variety of grasses.
The resource consent was subject to 15 conditions.
