• 6pm: Mistletoe and Wine, Mary Did You Know, Away in a Manger and Te Harinui and many more festive favourites will be sung by the newly formed Corus Children's Choir, featuring 38 Wakatipu youths, and the adult Queenstown Community Choir in a Christmas Carol Concert at the City Impact Church, Frankton. Also featuring the Remarkables Primary Glockenspiel Group and entertainers Mark and Emma Wilson, Margaret O'Hanlon and more special guests. Entry is free, but donations are welcome for Wakatipu Victim Support.

• 7.30pm: Arrowtown six-piece band the Lynch Mob and friends play two classic albums in full - Abbey Road by the Beatles and The Dark Side of the Moon by Pink Floyd - in the Arrowtown Athenaeum Hall. Tickets cost $30 from Laneway, Arrow Lane. All proceeds to benefit the community.
• 8pm: Singer-songwriter-percussionist Jo Jo Smith, known as ''the Mistress of Groove'' in her native Australia, performs with New Zealand Gold Guitar award-winning singer-songwriter Dave Coleclough, of Dunedin, in the New Orleans Hotel, Arrowtown. Entry $10.
