Two potential buyers have taken an interest in five businesses for sale in Queenstown.
Queenstown businessman Ian Hamilton is selling The Thirsty Ram in Shotover St, The Waka Tavern, The Ministry of Sports bar, a Super Liquor outlet and a convenience store, which are all in a Camp St building.
Colliers International Queenstown director Alastair Wood said a couple of Queenstown "interested parties" had come forward before the deadline on Tuesday, June 23.
"We are in a negotiation period now. It will probably take a couple of weeks for due diligence to be done," he said.
Mr Hamilton could not be reached for comment.
